Hyperbaric Air Therapy

Hyperbaric Air Therapy (HBAT) involves sitting comfortably in a pressurized chamber filled with purified air. The increased atmospheric pressure allows your body to absorb more oxygen at the cellular level, which promotes the release of stem cells, reduces inflammation, supports brain health, and accelerates the body's natural recovery processes. It's completely non-invasive and relaxing.

Traditional Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) uses 100% pure oxygen in a medical-grade chamber and typically requires a prescription. Our Hyperbaric Air Therapy (HBAT) uses filtered, pressurized ambient air in a comfortable chamber setting. While both therapies utilize increased pressure to help the body absorb more oxygen, HBOT is associated with vasoconstriction, while HBAT supports vasodilation. Increased pressure may also help mobilize stem cells. Unlike traditional HBOT, Hyperbaric Air Therapy does not require a prescription.

Most clients describe it as deeply relaxing. As the chamber pressurizes, you may feel a gentle fullness in your ears — similar to the feeling during takeoff on an airplane. This typically resolves quickly by swallowing or yawning. Once at pressure, many people read, listen to music, meditate, or simply nap. The session itself is comfortable, warm, and quiet.

A typical session lasts about 5 minutes to reach depth, 30 minutes at depth, and 20 minuts to resurface. Plan for approximately 75 minutes total for your visit.

Many clients report feeling more energized and clear-headed after just one session. However, the most significant and lasting benefits typically come with consistent use. Most wellness plans involve 10–40 sessions depending on your goals. We're happy to discuss what might work best for your specific situation.

Hyperbaric air therapy is extremely safe and non-invasive. The most common experience is temporary ear pressure during pressurization, which resolves easily. Some clients feel mildly lightheaded or extra relaxed after a session — this is normal and passes quickly. Our trained staff monitors every session to ensure your comfort and safety.

Hyperbaric air therapy can benefit a wide range of issues our clients often find relief from:

  • Chronic inflammation or pain
  • Sports injuries and post-workout recovery
  • Brain fog, fatigue, or low energy
  • Post-concussion or TBI recovery
  • Chronic health challenges
  • Sleep issues
  • General wellness and anti-aging goals

While hyperbaric air therapy is safe for most people, it may not be suitable for individuals with certain untreated conditions such as a collapsed lung (pneumothorax), certain types of ear infections, or those who are unable to equalize ear pressure. If you're pregnant, have a pacemaker, or are currently undergoing chemotherapy, a 48 hour window to communicate this with us is required. to you session is required. have any concerns, please consult your physician and let us know before your session.

NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback

NeurOptimal® is an advanced brain training technology that gives your brain real-time feedback about its own activity — like a mirror for your mind. During a session, small sensors placed on your scalp read your brainwave patterns while you listen to music. When the system detects your brain shifting into an inefficient pattern, it provides a subtle audio interruption that prompts your brain to self-correct. Over time, this helps your brain become more flexible, resilient, and balanced.

It's one of the most relaxing things you can do. You simply sit in a comfortable chair, listen to music or watch a visual display, and let the technology do the work. Most people describe feeling calm, clear, and refreshed afterward. There's no effort required on your part — just relax and let your brain do what it does naturally.

NeurOptimal® is suitable for people of all ages. It can help with stress and anxiety, sleep difficulties, brain fog, focus and concentration, emotional regulation, and overall cognitive performance. Athletes, students, professionals, and anyone looking to optimize their mental performance can benefit. It's also used to support recovery from concussions and traumatic brain injuries.

Most people begin noticing shifts within the first few sessions — improved sleep, more calm, or better focus. A typical series is 10–20 sessions for noticeable, lasting changes, though some people continue with periodic maintenance sessions. Everyone's brain is different, so results and timelines vary.

Other Therapies

Medical Wave Therapy uses acoustic sound waves to stimulate your body's natural repair processes. These sound waves help break up scar tissue, improve blood circulation, and reduce pain — all without drugs or invasive procedures. It's effective for chronic pain, sports injuries, plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, and improving mobility and range of motion.

Photobiomodulation uses the Neuronic RedLight Helmet to deliver near-infrared light directly to the brain. This gentle, non-invasive therapy helps reduce neuroinflammation, boost circulation, and support cognitive function. It's available to our package holders and is a powerful complement to hyperbaric therapy for brain health, injury recovery, and overall wellness.

RightEye is an advanced eye-tracking assessment technology that measures how well your brain and eyes work together. In just a few minutes, this non-invasive test evaluates vision, balance, reaction time, focus, and eye movement performance, providing detailed insights into your brain-eye connection. It is especially valuable for establishing a cognitive performance scorecard, monitoring brain health, and optimizing sports performance.

HitCheck is a rapid concussion assessment tool designed to measure cognitive function, including memory, reaction time, and balance, to help detect changes that may indicate a shift in cognitive performance. It is ideal for athletes, coaches, and parents who want to establish a baseline and monitor brain health following competitive sports, slips and falls, motor vehicle accidents, and other potential head impacts. Quick, reliable, and easy to use.
