By accessing or using the Hyperbaric Plus website or scheduling any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Hyperbaric Plus is a wellness center located in Oklahoma City, OK. We offer hyperbaric air therapy, NewMind Brain training NeurOptimal® neurofeedback brain training, Medical Wave EPAT shockwave therapy, RightEye vision tracking assessments, and related wellness services. Our services are wellness-based and are NOT medical treatments. We are NOT a medical provider.
Sessions are booked through our online scheduling platform (GoTeamUp) or by contacting us directly. By booking a session, you agree to arrive on time and follow all facility guidelines. Late arrivals may result the forfeit of your session
All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless you have purchased a package or credit plan. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
When you purchase session credits or packages, they are tied to your account. Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. You may transfer or gift your unused credits to another person at your discretion. You may also sell your credits to others at a discounted price if you choose. The choice is yours — whether to use them yourself, gift them to someone in need, or sell them. Hyperbaric Plus is not responsible for any private transactions between individuals regarding credit transfers.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased sessions, packages, or credits. If you are unable to use your credits, you are welcome to gift them to a friend, family member, or someone in the community who could benefit, or you may sell them to another person at a price of your choosing.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session credit.
You acknowledge that our services are for general wellness purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. You are responsible for consulting with your healthcare provider before using our services, especially if you have any medical conditions or concerns. You must disclose any relevant health information prior to your session.
Hyperbaric Plus is a safe, nuturing environment where clients come to rehabilitate and restore their well-being. Discrimination, racism, harassment, hostility, or disrespectful behavior of any kind will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Any individual who exhibits such behavior will be asked to leave the facility immediately. We are committed to maintaining a welcoming, positive, and respectful space for all clients, staff, and visitors regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or background. The energy you bring matters — please leave negativity at the door.
By using our services, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with wellness therapies. You voluntarily assume all risks and release Hyperbaric Plus, its owners, employees, and agents from any liability for injury, illness, or damage arising from your use of our services.
Clients under 18 years of age must be supervised by their legal guardian during all sessions.
Promotional codes and discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions at the time of offer. They cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Hyperbaric Plus reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
