Breakthroughs in Wellness and Recovery Newsletter
We continue building an education-first, data-driven approach to brain health and wellness. This week, meet Tara, claim a limited 50% brain mapping offer, and explore new educational resources covering cancer research, nutrition policy, and fibromyalgia.
Meet Tara
Tara brings extensive bedside experience, personal perspective, and a deep commitment to helping people become more informed participants in their health and wellness decisions.
Tara graduated from the Kramer School of Nursing at Oklahoma City University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Her bedside experience includes medical-surgical oncology, pediatrics, orthopedics, cardiac care, and emergency nursing.
After experiencing professional burnout, Tara’s perspective on healthcare shifted while helping her husband, Linden, navigate severe health challenges connected to overseas burn-pit exposure. When conventional options focused mainly on symptom management, they began exploring additional non-invasive approaches.
Hyperbaric sessions became an important part of Linden’s broader wellness journey and reshaped Tara’s understanding of education, possibility, and personal agency.
Tara is excited to be part of the Hyperbaric Plus team, where she helps share knowledge and support others in taking a more active role in their health and well-being.
Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, beadworking, painting, and spending time with Linden and their two cats, Jesse and Frank.
Brain Mapping Is 50% Off for the First 20 Clients
Establish a personal baseline and begin tracking measurable information over time with a non-invasive brain-mapping session.
Introductory offer: The first 20 clients receive 50% off their brain-mapping session.
EEG-based brain mapping records electrical activity from the brain and organizes the information into a visual report. At Hyperbaric Plus, the session is offered as a wellness and educational tool for establishing a baseline and supporting informed conversations.
New Discussions to Explore
