Breakthroughs in Wellness and Recovery Newsletter
Heart to Heart with the Ladies, Part Two. On July 22, 2026, Jessica Frazier returned to Hyperbaric Plus for an open Women’s Wellness discussion built around questions from the community. The goal was to continue the conversation from Part One using approachable language, practical education, and space for women to ask what mattered most to them.
Continuing the Women’s Heart-Health Conversation
Part Two moved away from a formal presentation and centered the questions women brought back after the first session. Jessica was invited to clarify topics, expand on previous discussion, and help participants better understand what to ask during their own healthcare visits.

The session was intentionally conversational so women could ask questions, listen to one another, and continue learning without the pressure of a formal lecture.
