Breakthroughs in Wellness and Recovery Newsletter
This edition highlights three light- and microcurrent-based wellness tools available or coming to Hyperbaric Plus: the Neuradiant 1070 helmet, full-body PlatinumLED panels, and practical Avazzia education.
Why We Use the Neuradiant 1070 Light Helmet
The Neuradiant 1070 is a non-invasive photobiomodulation helmet that uses 1070-nanometer near-infrared light and four independently controlled quadrants for targeted sessions.
Near-infrared light is invisible to the human eye and is used in photobiomodulation research because longer wavelengths can travel farther through soft tissue than visible red light. The manufacturer positions the helmet as a general-wellness device for structured brain-light sessions.
Some clients report feeling calmer, clearer, or more focused after sessions. Those reports are personal experiences, not guaranteed outcomes, and research on transcranial photobiomodulation is still developing.
Booking reminder: Ask the team how to add a Neuradiant 1070 session to your next visit or check the Hyperbaric Plus booking app for current availability.
Our PlatinumLED Red-Light Panels Are Set Up and Bookable
Our full-body panels combine visible red light and multiple near-infrared wavelengths for structured photobiomodulation sessions.
PlatinumLED's BIOMAX line includes red wavelengths at 630 and 660 nanometers and near-infrared wavelengths at 810, 830, 850, and 1060 nanometers. The exact settings used should follow the device instructions, session goals, and staff guidance.
- Support a consistent skin-care and general-wellness routine.
- Use before or after activity as part of a muscle-comfort routine.
- Add a short, focused light session before or after a hyperbaric visit.
- Follow recommended distance, duration, and eye-protection guidance.
Avazzia Classes Are on the Way
Upcoming classes will focus on safe device handling, basic operating principles, approved uses, and practical confidence for people who own or are considering an Avazzia device.
Avazzia offers both over-the-counter and prescription devices. According to the manufacturer, over-the-counter models are FDA 510(k) cleared for temporary relief of pain associated with sore and aching muscles from exercise or normal household work. Prescription models have different cleared indications and require appropriate professional oversight.
- Learn device setup, controls, electrodes, and basic maintenance.
- Review the owner's manual and model-specific safety instructions.
- Understand the difference between over-the-counter and prescription devices.
- Practice safe placement and appropriate session duration.
- Know when a question should be directed to a licensed professional.
Important Avazzia safety note: The manufacturer warns against use by people with a pacemaker or another implantable electrical device and by people who are pregnant or nursing. Always review the complete owner's manual for the specific model.
Class dates, registration details, and the exact devices covered will be announced separately.
