Super Gut Yogurt Tools: What We Ordered
L. reuteri yogurt is a home-fermented food made by adding a selected Limosilactobacillus reuteri strain to milk or another suitable base and holding it at a controlled temperature for an extended period.
Research on specific L. reuteri strains has explored digestive, microbial, immune, and oral-health applications, but benefits depend on the strain, dose, population, and preparation. A homemade batch is not automatically equivalent to a product used in a clinical study.
