Important Scheduling Update

First-Time Sessions Must Be Booked Before Arrival

Hyperbaric Plus first-session booking reminder

Thank you for continuing to refer new clients to Hyperbaric Plus. To keep every session safe, organized, and on time, all first visits must be scheduled and completed in the booking system before arrival.

Before a New Client Arrives

  • Book the first session in advance.
  • Review and sign the required waiver.
  • Complete all intake paperwork.
  • Purchase the session before the booking cutoff.
  • Arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
🕒 Booking Cutoff Session bookings close 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
📝 Paperwork First Waivers and intake forms must be completed before participation.
🛟 Safety Briefing First-time clients must be present for the mandatory pre-session briefing.

Arriving early gives first-time clients enough time to use the restroom, store personal belongings, ask questions, and be ready for the safety briefing approximately five minutes before the session begins.

Late arrival can affect the entire group. Clients who miss required paperwork, payment, or the safety briefing may need to reschedule.
Outside Media and Cancer Education

Approach Cancer Documentaries With Curiosity and Context

The Truth About Cancer documentary resource

Ty and Charlene Bollinger's platform, The Truth About Cancer, publishes documentaries and interviews that challenge conventional healthcare and promote alternative viewpoints.

Their film “Unpacking the Lies We've Been Told” presents allegations involving pharmaceutical influence, politics, regulation, and suppressed health approaches. It should be viewed as advocacy media, not as a substitute for peer-reviewed evidence, professional diagnosis, or individualized cancer treatment planning.

Know Someone Navigating Cancer?

The “Final Chapter” series features doctors, researchers, scientists, and cancer survivors discussing prevention, complementary approaches, and treatment claims. Viewers should verify any major claim through reliable medical sources and discuss proposed supplements or alternative approaches with the oncology team.

The National Cancer Institute warns that testimonials and long-standing use do not prove that a product is safe or effective. Some supplements, herbs, and complementary practices can interact with cancer medications or delay proven care.

What Can Your Tongue Actually Tell You About Your Health?

The tongue can provide useful clues during an oral examination, but its appearance alone cannot diagnose Lyme disease, mold exposure, Candida, Epstein-Barr virus, or another systemic condition.

Changes Worth Paying Attention To

  • Persistent sores, ulcers, lumps, or unexplained bleeding
  • White patches that do not wipe away
  • A thick coating accompanied by pain, burning, fever, or difficulty swallowing
  • New numbness, swelling, or reduced tongue movement
  • A change that lasts longer than about two weeks

A healthy tongue is typically moist and pink with a thin surface coating, but normal variation is common. Dehydration, medications, oral hygiene, tobacco use, infection, nutritional issues, and benign conditions such as geographic tongue may change its appearance.

Photographs and online videos cannot replace an oral examination. A dentist, physician, or other qualified clinician may need to examine the mouth and review symptoms, medications, laboratory results, and medical history.
Balanced Research Discussion

Nicotine Is Being Studied, but It Is Not a General Wellness Supplement

Nicotine has measurable effects on attention, reward pathways, heart rate, and the nervous system. It is also highly addictive, regardless of whether it comes from tobacco or a non-tobacco source.

Researchers have studied nicotine and nicotinic receptors in neurological, inflammatory, and cognitive contexts. That research does not establish nicotine as a safe self-treatment for inflammation, infection, chronic disease, cancer, or general wellness.

Product Type Matters

  • Cigarettes expose users to thousands of combustion chemicals and are a major cause of cancer and cardiovascular disease.
  • Vapes can contain nicotine, metals, volatile chemicals, and inhaled particles.
  • Smokeless tobacco can cause cancers of the mouth, esophagus, and pancreas.
  • Nicotine replacement therapies are regulated cessation tools designed to help adults stop smoking.
  • Nicotine pouches and other consumer products are not risk-free wellness products.

Do not begin nicotine based on a podcast or online video. Nicotine can create dependence and may be especially risky during pregnancy, adolescence, cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or when combined with other stimulants.

A balanced discussion can acknowledge that nicotine itself is not identical to cigarette smoke while still being clear that nicotine is addictive and not appropriate as a universal health intervention.
