HitCheck for Athletes

HitCheck cognitive assessment for athletes

Whether you are a student athlete, coach, parent, or athletic trainer, having a personal baseline can make later changes easier to recognize.

HitCheck uses short, game-like mobile activities to measure areas such as reaction time, memory, coordination, balance, impulse control, and problem solving. Athletes can complete a baseline assessment before the season and compare it with a post-impact assessment after a concerning event.

Reaction Time Track speed and consistency over time.
🧠 Memory Compare immediate and delayed recall.
🎯 Coordination Review changes against the athlete's own baseline.
HitCheck supports cognitive performance monitoring and informed clinical evaluation. It does not diagnose a concussion, determine a medical condition, or replace professional medical judgment.

Hyperbaric Plus team offer: For every 10 people who complete a HitCheck assessment with us, the 10th participant receives a complimentary eligible Hyperbaric Plus session. Call or text us for the current team code and participation details.

Blood Sugar Support Resource

Stable blood sugar supports steadier energy, concentration, appetite, and overall metabolic wellness.

Blood glucose naturally rises and falls throughout the day. Large or frequent swings may be associated with fatigue, irritability, cravings, or difficulty concentrating. Over time, persistent dysregulation can be connected with insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes.

  • Pair carbohydrates with protein, fiber, or healthy fats.
  • Choose minimally processed foods more often.
  • Move regularly, including short walks after meals when appropriate.
  • Protect sleep and manage stress as part of metabolic wellness.
  • Use a qualified healthcare professional for individualized guidance.
Consumer Product Awareness

Do You Know What's in Your Toothpaste?

Independent testing commissioned by Lead Safe Mama reported detectable levels of toxic metals in many of the toothpaste and tooth-powder products included in its sample.

The project tested 51 products and reported that about 90% contained detectable lead, about 65% contained arsenic, nearly half contained mercury, and roughly one-third contained cadmium. These findings came from an independent consumer-advocacy project, not a nationwide FDA survey, and they should be interpreted in that context.

The report included conventional, fluoride-free, children's, and “natural” products. Some products had no detectable metals in the published testing, while others contained multiple metals.

Do not stop using toothpaste or change a child's dental routine based on one chart alone. Review the product, discuss concerns with a dentist, and consider verified testing information when comparing options.
