Breakthroughs in Wellness and Recovery Newsletter
Hey H+ Community! This edition explores questions surrounding Lyme disease, two conversations about yogurt and the gut microbiome, and an expanded Chamber Chatter resource library covering cancer research, heavy metals, methylene blue, and other wellness topics.
Questions and Theories About the Origin of Lyme Disease

Many people exploring wellness support for Lyme disease have questions about where the condition came from and why it has become so widely discussed.
The established scientific explanation is that Lyme disease is caused by Borrelia bacteria and is transmitted to people through the bites of infected blacklegged ticks. At the same time, public commentary has raised additional historical and political theories about the disease's origin.
Mike Benz shared one such perspective in a video posted shortly after the release of files associated with Robert F. Kennedy. We are sharing the discussion as commentary for viewers who want to hear the argument and evaluate it for themselves.

Why Super Gut Finally Caught Our Attention

Josh Fate has recommended the book Super Gut for some time, and a pair of interviews featuring author Dr. William Davis brought the conversation back into focus.
In the first conversation, Dr. Eric Berg questions some of the book's claims and explores the reasoning behind Dr. Davis's approach. A later conversation revisits the subject and continues the discussion about fermented foods, beneficial microorganisms, and metabolic wellness.
The gut microbiome is a diverse community of microorganisms that contributes to digestion, immune-system development, and energy production. Research in this field is active, but individual responses to foods, probiotics, and fermented products can vary.

Research, Ask Questions and Stay Connected
We believe people should have access to information and should feel empowered to ask thoughtful questions. We also believe that research papers, documentaries, interviews, and social-media commentary should be evaluated according to the strength of the evidence behind them.
- A laboratory study is not the same as evidence from human clinical trials.
- A documentary or interview may present personal experiences and opinions.
- Medication and supplement decisions require individualized safety guidance.
- External resources do not represent medical advice from Hyperbaric Plus.
Bring your questions to Chamber Chatter and continue learning with the H+ community. Curiosity is valuable when it is paired with careful research and responsible decision-making.
